FAMILY DAY EXTRAVAGANZA: CANVASxDetroit at Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit
Groove on down to Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit for some Motown Family Day fun, with the museum’s largest all-ages program of the season. Brandon Christopher will lead hands-on activities and a video dance party focusing on Motown music and fashion for kids four and up. Christopher is the founder of CANVASxDetroit, a platform dedicated to creative literacy, artistic engagement, and solving social and civic problems via the arts. Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit Teen Council youth docents will help you gain fresh perspectives on the exhibitions. Cafe 78 will offer a special kid-friendly men.
